(1) The meeting of the committee will be called by the member-secretary according to the instructions of the chairman.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in the absence of the chairman, a person chosen from among the members present will preside over the meeting.
(3) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite the experts of the related subject to participate in the meeting of the committee as observers.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present at the meeting of the committee, the quorum will be considered to have been reached.
(5) The decision of the committee will be based on the majority and if the votes are equal, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
(6) Other procedures of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
